Miami Firefighter Retires - 30 Years of Service

PCS Events had the pleasure of working with Mr Steve Brodie in planning a final farewell dinner at the station in honor of his many years of service to the Miami community. The men on-duty joined Mr. Brodie in a formal dinner with several passed hors d'oeuvres, Rosemary-Garlic Aged Tenderloin of Beef and Broiled Lobster Tails. The meal would not have been complete with out the music of a harpist that played throughout the evening. Many commented that all of the fireman should host a similar event for their last shift. I must agree that it is more than well-deserved.
